Learning and Innovation Forum 2014 - The Northern Sydney Institute

The Northern Sydney Institute's 2nd Learning and Innovation Forum is being held in the Cameraygal building, part of the Institute's Learning and Innovation Campus at St Leonards, on September 18th.

Thanks to everyone who made this year's Forum such an inspiring and forward-looking event! From the keynotes to the presentations and industry displays, plus all of the wonderful elements that brought it together.

This free forum is an opportunity to join the conversation about innovative teaching practices, and to hear from leading educators, developers and students.

This year's forum will include:

Keynotes from leaders in Education, including Dan Haesler, MOB-labs/buildAR.com, Professor Shirley Alexander (Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Vice-President (Education and Students), UTS)
Video insights from educational leaders like Pauline Farrell, Box Hill Institute
A panel, including students, discussing best educational practice
Displays of 3D printing and other leading-edge educational technologies
A showcase of technologies and practices in teaching at NSI
Tours of state-of-the-art virtual patient facilities
3D printing of the NSI Teaching Innovation Award, which will then be presented
Morning tea, lunch, tea and coffee are included
